Commissioning is divided into three main areas:

To begin with, the initial consultation is where we meet in order to discover what kind of furniture you would like.  We cover many aspects of the commission such as design, style, suitable materials, function, location, size, timescale and budget.

I take the details from the initial consultation to the design studio and reflect back to you my initial reaction and some guide on cost.  After your approval at this stage, I will progress a step further.  This involves producing two design schemes which will then be presented to you for discussion.  One of these designs may need slightly amending, or a third design may need to be developed.  
My aim is to give you a clear view of what the finished piece will look like and cost.

When we have agreed on the design, you will be given the exact cost of the work and an idea of when it will be ready for delivery.  A deposit of 50% is required prior to commencement of the work.
